This week we revisited Rockland with Rom and Emily. We had a Thanksgiving potluck with the camp host team and had a rock painting party. We had a final dinner with the whole crew at Archer’s on the Pier. As the season approached it’s end, we did a little less exploring. This week we had a Saturday Lobster Bake, Drove to New Hampshire, and had our Team Time Tuesday. This week we got to explore some new places like Birch Point Beach, Warren Island, Camden Harbor, and the Rockport Music Festival. September 13th: Birch Point State Park Jake packed us some sandwiches for a picnic on the beach. We spent a few hours on the shore, taking photos and looking for sea glass. The state park features a sandy, crescent-shaped “pocket beach” with scenic views of the Muscle Ridge Islands dotting Muscle Ridge Channel. This week we drove down the St. George Peninsula, Had our first lobster bake at Megunticook Campground, and made a second trip to owl’s Head State Park.
